2018 Riesling

Cerro Santo Vineyard’s original plantings included the vines from which this Riesling is made. It reflects the character of the land from which it comes, and embodies the color of summer’s long, bright days on the Texas High Plains. Our 2018 vintage is true to traditional Riesling flavors of green apple, citrus blossom, and white peach, with a lovely creamy finish. Our dry Riesling pairs well with fish, Asian dishes, and soft, creamy cheeses; serve chilled and enjoy it with good friends and family.
