2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon vines were the first vines planted at our Cerro Santo estate vineyard, from mother vines taken from an early High Plains vineyard planted by some of the pioneers of the Texas wine industry, giving these grapes a long Texas pedigree. They produce a rich and full-bodied wine with aromas of bell pepper and spice, followed by lovely blackberry and vanilla flavors. Pair this classic wine with a hearty burger, sharp cheddar, and semi-sweet dark chocolate.
