2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Our Texas High Plains Cabernet Sauvignon from our Cerro Santo estate vineyard displays characteristic aromas of blackberry, mint, and earth, but after an extended aging period in exclusively French oak to heighten its complexity, now carries additional flavors of cocoa, tobacco, and toasted coconut, with silky smooth but robust tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Our barrel-aged Cabernet Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to rich, meaty stews, grilled and roasted red meats, and nutty, aged cheeses.
