Our hearty Syrah vines perform exceptionally well in our Texas High Plains Cerro Santo Vineyard, and the smoky, full-bodied wine we create from these grapes is true to traditional Syrah characteristics. Aromas of plum and sweet blackberry prelude flavors of vanilla, baking spices, and black currant. Perfect complements for our rich Syrah are grilled and BBQ meats, aged cheeses, and chocolate-covered strawberries.
