2022 Riesling

Cerro Santo Vineyard’s original plantings included the vines from which this Riesling is made. It reflects the character of the land from which it comes, and embodies the color of summer’s long, bright days on the Texas High Plains. Our 2022 vintage is full of ripe fruit flavors of pear and apricot, preceded by springtime aromas of citrus blossom and persimmon. Our dry Riesling pairs well with grilled fish, Asian dishes, and soft, creamy cheeses. Serve chilled and enjoy it with good friends and family.
