2023 Chenin Blanc Reserve Barrel-Fermented

Chenin Blanc is a noble white grape variety whose venerable roots stretch back centuries into the past. Such a time-honored grape merits special care, as the wines it produces are opulent and delicate simultaneously. We’ve chosen to barrel ferment our Reserve Chenin Blanc, producing a rich and full-bodied wine with aromas of creamy coconut and persimmon, perfectly balanced by tropical flavors and a nutty finish. We suggest pairings with winter squash soup, hard, nutty cheeses, and pastry.
