2023 Viognier

The Viognier variety is one of the oldest in the southern Rhône valley of France whose climate is warm and dry, much like the Texas High Plains. This flavorful white is quickly becoming a Texas specialty as well as a French staple. Our lush Viognier exhibits aromas of green apple, and freshly-mown grass, with flavors of peach and ripe pear, and a soft, mineral finish. It pairs well with clam chowder, and rich and creamy soups. smoked and roasted poultry, and most cheeses.
